Self-diagnosis is the process of diagnosing or identifying a medical condition in oneself. Artificially intelligent digital platforms for self-diagnosis are becoming widely available and are used by the general public. A scoping review was conducted to systematically map the extent and nature of the literature and topic areas pertaining to these digital platforms.
