About
Joslyn draws on 15 years of health research and policy advisory experience to advance health care and population health system improvement. She holds a Ph.D. in Social and Behavioural Health Sciences from the Dalla Lana School of Public Health at the University of Toronto and a Master of Public Policy from the Hertie School of Governance. Her research expertise includes policy evaluation and implementation, global health governance, stakeholder and public engagement, and health care administration.
