Saba Oji's expertise in technology for healthcare and community well-being is pivotal in her role as the Knowledge & Data Lead at the Smart Waterloo Region Innovation Lab. Here, she is deeply involved in exploring and applying emerging technologies, with a focus on AI-driven projects and Natural Language Processing (NLP), to enhance community health. Her pursuit of a Ph.D. in Public Health, specializing in AI and Mental Health, is a testament to her commitment to continuous learning and innovation. Additionally, her teaching in SQL and Big Data at Conestoga College further enriches her skill set, enabling her to adeptly translate complex technological concepts into practical applications. This blend of academic achievement and practical experience endows Saba with a versatile skill set, uniquely suitable for roles that require bridging the gap between advanced technology and real-world health applications.
